We are excited to announce that we have begun what we hope is a long relationship with a very talented artist.  Vigee (pronounced Vee-shay) Blue is a painter living in the St Cloud area.  She has generously agreed to donate 20% of the price of any pieces that she does if they are a result of a referral from Pleading Paws.  Her work is amazing and also very reasonably priced.
